Payments and Refunds
The initial diagnostic conversation is free. Detailed reports are available for a fee processed through Stripe. All payments are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a report you paid for, contact us and we will resolve it.

Your use of Declara.Tax is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We will never publicly identify you, sell your data, or share your information with immigration enforcement agencies.
Limitation of Liability
Declara.Tax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from reliance on information provided by Declara.Tax. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Intellectual Property
The reports generated for you are yours to keep and share as you wish. The Declara.Tax name, brand, blog content, and platform code remain our property.
